They are going to pay a dividend to distribute franking credits.
Works out to be about 4.5c
Therefore you could see volume at 5c to harvest this 4.5c franking upside (only useful to Australian shareholders) and also at the same time position yourself in case there is another bid.
Close to the vote you can expect high volume at around 5 as ppl look to make a "free" 1% in a week type thing
