A scheme implementation booklet is put together and sent to all shareholders so they have all the information ahead of a vote. This booklet includes the timetable and proposed settlement date, along with other dates (voting on scheme, court dates, etc)
other conditions are being sorted out, such as regulatory approvals, foreign investment review, etc
The booklet will be sent sometime mid June and shareholder meeting mid July. All going to plan settlement should be by end of July.
