If this is the bid we end up voting on I will be voting 'no'. $5 is not enough. I was happy to hold UWL for many years and in that time UWL would comfortably get past a $5 intrinsic value anyway.
I'd only consider $5.00 if the Morrison/Brookfield Consortium was also on the asx and offered us shares in their company so I could keep holding UWL in some form.
Actually surprised The Uniti Board unanimously recommends that Uniti shareholders vote in favour of the Scheme.
