At this point there is still incredible interest from other parties, I expect that now there has been a binding offer presented those other parties will submit binding offers in excess of $5.00. Just looking back at what happened with Opticomm, it was way over the benchmark for what that company was worth, but considering the importance of infrastructure assets in Australia (and their rarity), I suspect there will be more than one interested group making a counter bid.
