I am CRC holder for last 5 years so I have bias view for CRC.
I am holding CRC because I trust it will be good gold producing mine.
CRC SP is down due to lack of finance along with other reason.
I have never heard UML, so I can’t comment much ATM, however I feel it is good deal for CRC as it needs money as well as UML because it got money and getting CRC as low price.
Unfortunately CRC SP is down for known and good reason so I guess UML got better deal. I am happy as CRC holder that we will get producing mine along with existing opportunity
