as far as i am aware exploration at Dargues is ongoing. Sounds to me like they might have had a decent offer on Bendigo, are not happy with CBA terms, and might have sourced a cheaper plant to process Dargues ore with.

On the plus side, it sounds like cost cutting measures and higher grade at Henty are doing the trick. Just need the board and executives to take a 50% pay cut now and then shareholders might start to see some love.
