    I do NOT want a capital return.
    I want Dargues to be built and want UML to be in a very sound financial position so that UML is not beholden to debt financiers, gold loans, equity raisings or equity partners any more than is minimally needed, as determined by UML!
    IMO, finance the Dargues project (with more than enough contingency) and get it built first before giving us any capital.
    Only exception is that a clean-up of unmarketable parcels would seem a good use of funds (and would reduce costs).
