We have seen a number of companies do capital raisings and then the share price fall 50% or more in some cases.
According to the AFR there has been a llot of Tax Loss Selling. Especially where people have dusted $$ on a capital raise.
IMO share price will only appreciate once UBI actually starts SELLING some of these new u-beaut things they are developing. Check their successive quarterly reports. They talk about new product launches and new distributorships but the sales are no wher to be seen at this point. Still only $1M per quarter.
UBI has escaped relatively unharmed from this recent revaluation of small caps in regard to the above observation on sales.
On fundamentals still way over valued IMO ($0.43 for a company with $4M annual sales???)
We all wait for some much better numbers to come through, and they should , one would think but if they don't then $0.43 may not be the end of the fall unfortunately.
