I've been following continental coal (ASX: CCC) for a little while now, although I don't own any. I think they're in a bit of trouble at the moment and are being forced to sell their assets to pay off debts as a result of poor mgmt - there's allegations of contracts being won by 3rd party companies affiliated with directors.. Corporate governance at UNV seems to be more sound and with our HK investor and ESKOM starting to provide $$ coupled with Indian demand + hikes in taxes on QLD coal you'd have to say things are beginning to look a little up. I went shopping today at the spring sale and picked some more up at 12c
