IMU has the ability to issue script (shares) for payment , so no major impact to IMU's cash holding.
I believe the Science at CHM has considerable value , Management has been poor at best , Managements efforts have seen the Company value slide circa 95% since IPO.
Hopper would be consolidating his Oncology Holdings , IMU have the skill set and ability to manage CHM Technology forward with plenty of cost savings and synergy between the two companies.
I'm only speculating like many but unless something significant occurs in the near term then CHM can only expect to continue to decline ,, the heavily and early broadcast of the Placement has crippled the Value and managements reputation as far as I'm concerned... The BOD at CHM should be looking for new jobs ,,, ones that involve asking " Do You Want Fries with That"...
