based on the fact the company isn't flush with cash, this move would seem like a desire to delist; I don't have the numbers on total shareholders but being below 50 would allow them to be a private company again as opposed to publicly unlisted.
reality is it shouldn't have listed in the first place; but it also hasn't raised capital endlessly like many others and had Directors who are balls deep.
I am surprised that the Playtech's of the world haven't taken a run at it; gives them capability + instant client engagement. they've done it before with Mobenga and paid handsomely.

More likely tidying the register up and saving on some admin bills imo.
Company is cancelling these shares with it's own cash too which adds to the intrigue.
Looking forward to OLV 2020.
