I contacted Link Market Services. They confirmed I still had shares. Did not get an all knowing answer but it appears because of the changes to the company when it relisted the shares were not linked to the online stockbroker anymore. They suggested contacting my online broker to get them put back on. I'm not going to bother because I assume they would charge me to put them on and I have stuff all shares anyway.
