Wow so the deadline to opt-out was 31 July and the market price hasn't dipped below 1.6 since with VWAP 1.77 but they find a way to sell them at 1.3?!
Simply unbelievable and such a disgrace that things like this can even happen let alone ostensibly be legal.
There's no way those ~3.9 million shares have been sold at 1.3 on the market so it will be interesting to see if they start getting dumped now that someone has picked them up at a huge discount to fair value!!
