no they get sold in the market, usually at a low price........
stupidest thing I have seen for a long time.......the only reason to do something like this is because you have thousands of shareholders and it saves money.......they only have 400 so will fall below the required number if this goes through and the amount saved will be negligible!
also, given the timing the sale will be effected next financial year!.....so any tax loss advantage will not be in this fin year but next!
