If the shares are going to be "... sold on the ASX as soon as practicable..." and assuming there isn't a counter party lined up to buy all these shares then there will be bit of an over hang.
Given that the "sell" option involves doing nothing the uptake will be large (as intended).
I am picking a lot of these shareholders will be from years ago when D&D made an initial recommendation and the SP went as high as $2.20 in today's terms (those were the days!)
