I really hope it's not what I think it is. It'd look *terrible* if one of our board had forced the unmarketable parcel purchase, bought the shares for cheap and then flipped them back to the market for a quick profit. If they actually held onto the shares it'd at least show commitment to the company's future. But just selling them back for a profit like that would show massive contempt for the shareholders and a lack of faith in the company. If they wanna unload some risk they should at least do the honorable thing and sell at the market price, rather than wait for an appreciation and a quick buck.
