they wish to remove smaller parcel shareholders as it brings efficiency to maintain the registry. It’s not uncommon that companies embark on un marketable security sales from time to time to clean up the share registry. It reduces admin costs etc.
Dont sell if you don’t wish to. In my mind it makes perfect sense that they offer this service in this case. Cheers and best of luck.
