    oh yes, and naturally if the shares are undervalued, it benefits the shareholders that continue to hold as the unmarketable securities are cancelled, so it’s like a pseudo sharebuyback.

    this happened with another of my holdings (different co)however I had after consolidation a piddly amount . I elected to hold my parcel however …and I am happy I did
