    The unmarketable sale is an automatic. You have to specifically opt out of you don't want to be externinated. How many shareholders will have their shares sold and not even realize?

    It is an indication that the company is not expecting the share price to increase noticeably in the near term. That is, you wouldnt ditch the unmarketables and then announce news causing a SP rocket.

    So it's an admission that they are not expecting rockets anytime soon. An admission of more snoozefest.

    In other words, more of the same from the past 5 years
