Moreover, would one invest in another company that had 57% unmarketable holdings? If you didn't buy the minimum $500 again there is your answer. Sure its not the best thing to occur, however on the flipside do those that hold more material parcels deserve to carry those that do? not? There have literally been 1-2k holdings in this range ever since SSH days $1per page plus postage on every notice snail mailed - that's a couple of scientist's salary.
