Yeah consolidation never works, dont know an example of it working out on the asx.

Check out these recent consolidations, all went to new all time lows after consolidation:

Its just to make the share price look more attractive and so management can do a cap raise, really no other reason for it. So if thats on the cards, I would be bracing for a new low and cap raise at a discount.

On another note, just someone looking in here, can anyone explain the market cap of NWE, no idea why the market cap of NWE is so high, no revenue, 280 million market cap with 5.5 mill in the bank.
