(273,199 + 913,242 + 862,676)*0.013 = ~$26,000 to clean up all the punters with less than 10,000 shares.

Let's guess half of the 156,885,290 shares in the 10,001-100,00 class are unmarketable,

(156,885,290*0.5)*0.013 = ~$1,019,754

so a tad more than $1M worth of shares off the register, it's a quarterly buyback yielding 1.5%. If they bought back $1M of shares every quarter it'd be an annual shareholder yield of 6%.
