You are assuming the "synergies through reasons aforementioned" exist
WGX /SLR/RMS all have their own mills .
Really would need a detailed study to see what synergies there are as without that , can not assume the synergies exist and we are just chewing tobacco .
Regarding your secondary thesis tend to agree with you providing the accepted buyer of SPR was a big player in the gold space and could afford to hedge at current spot price in $A the gold price for several years production at Dalgaranga
Most likely scenario is there will be no accepted buyer and SPR goes into production on its own account , which I am more than happy with IMHO as nearly all the metrics stack up for me , just need some more base load lower grade ore of 1 to 2 grams a tonne to fill the mill alongside what comes out of NN .
