That’s interesting… usually there’s a motive for doing this kind of thing other than simply cleaning up the registry
eg a dual listing… but that’s not likely here, or perhaps in anticipation of a t/o or a significant investor coming aboard… but what I would like to see and suspect this could be the reason behind it is a 10 for 1 stock split (or similar) so we’re no longer a penny stock - cosmetic, I know, but worthwhile as it attracts certain types of investors regardless of the fact it doesn’t actually change the value of the stock and it also makes it harder for the bots and pip traders to manipulate.
