A quick search shows up that the nexus between Michael Soucik, Daniel John Smith and Chen Chik Ong is White Cliff Resources ticker symbol WCN. The nexus between Mali lithium and Mahe Capital is Michael Soucik who was working for CPS capital group who partially underwrote our last credit raise to the tune of $2.5m which was not required as we far exceed that with well over $4m raised. So now we have Michael and his buddies from white cliff under the banner of Mahe capital looking to take up these shares in MLL.
Massively positive if you ask me.
