options 1: Make your holding value over 500$before 4 May 2021
Option 2: Complete and return the attached Share Retention Form in accordance with the instructions on that form. Send it to HCT before 21/June/2021

3: If the Share price increases between the 04/May/2021-21/June/2021. UMP will still sell your shares after 21/June/2021 unless you follow the Key2 option2. A little confusing if the option 1 still work in this case or?
