I agree, but it still gives me confidence, although I am a long term stakeholder, ups and downs and short term SP movements dont bother me.....
Communication could and should be a lot better as you say.
The key takeaway point is that your not going to get your mates in on this journey, if its all doom and gloom failure.
You get them in when you are confident.
