I've had a long, hard think about this and have decided I will hold on for a few weeks and see how this plays out. Using the information from the quarterly report it looks extremely undervalued.. At low 40s SP it pretty much hasn't been this undervalued for a long time. 27-28c per share in cash and investments. At an SP of 40-42c, the downside is 30% with enormous upside if they can ink a deal here.
With such a solid cash kitty they could take their Greentech offer to 2-2.5x their initial offer of HK 28c per share IMHO.
