Hard to say when or whether a deal will conclude. I’m still somewhat optimistic that a deal will happen. Just a question of price. Heard through the grapevine that main issue at Greentech is a tussle between the Malaysian and Chinese shareholders. Some accusations of impropriety, hence the lawsuits, suspension of trading, no finalized accounts, etc. Seems the Chinese side wants to get out of this mess and should be open to a deal. Not sure to what extent the Malaysian side can block this. It will not be easy to get a deal done, but certainly not impossible. In a game of patience I’d favor Brett over Greentech!
