I think the offer of HKD 0.28 for each share an option of Greentech is A$290m, which is or an addtion 41% of Rhenison. The market cap of MLX @ 41c when th eoffer was made was A$376m but thta is fro 50% of Renison. If we take 41/50 of A$376m we get $308m which is pretty close aroun 5-6% off the value of MLX at the time.
