I'd guess there's a very high probability of Yunnan Tin throwing their hat into the ring with an alternative offer for Greentech shares. Especially given their existing 18% stake in YTPAH, their position as the sole offtake partner and the current supply tightness of the tin market. Not sure how MLX would fare if trying to out-bid YT with their AU$5.4bn mkt cap.
On a side note, it seems bizarre that Greentech failed to make any announcement to the HKSE on Thurs evening or Friday re the MLX offer (even though they are in trading suspension, their last announcement was October 23rd relating to quarterly production volumes).
