In my previous message, that figure is $279million in US dollars. Convert back to A$ and sale value would be over $1 a share.
Sushi, I know we can always count on you to point out the negatives. I'm happy to be wrong on my valuation. Rather than just criticising it, why not be constructive and offer a figure per acre of your own?
Even if you can't determine a figure exactly, give me a range, since you're emphatic that it's not worth US$12000.
