    What a joke...Shareholders best interests have not been taken into account

    There is no transparency with this decision. Very much like the Boards refusal to address their purported relationship with the former jailed, convicted fraudster Michael Giovinazzo.

    The current Board are under notice that shareholders want them removed.

    Kick them out and instill the new Board, attracting capital to enable RIM to realize it's potential.
