re: Ann: Unsolicited Indicative Non-Binding p... Now reported widely that it was $5.25 cash or cash + shares equivalent value in a new company.
The offer is about 18.5% above previous trading. With the board saying they are open to offers, surely a straightforward cash offer of $5.50+ would do it, to get board approval.
Any thoughts? Usually an offer say $5.25 would see the price close above the offer amount if a further bid was likely.
It's been a good day with 17,000 options and 2,500 heads I took 400-1,100% on half the oppies.
