I've never felt so torn over a buyout offer... Currently up 100%+ on my holding I just can't help but feel there was plenty left on the table here, but also worried about the downside risk if this deal falls through. Offers like these can take a toll on on the mentality of board members and major holders, dollar signs light up the eyes, deals fall over and next minute their heads aren't in the game and mistakes are made and it wouldn't be the first time.
Probably jumping ahead of myself, I have a very hard choice to make over the next few days. GL guys
