The fact these offers weren't there in March (at a 50% + discount on purchase price) probably points in the direction of Goverment support, everybody in the game now knows that the government will do anything they can to support the sector, which then probably adjust their models indicating value or an opportunity at these levels.
I believe one of these deals will go through, not sure the market agrees, lots of selling from highs today, if its such a sure thing why not hold out for $1.75?
