That's pretty much the logic I share. I would rather the money than the shares in SIG or WES. If WES offered a better offer with WES and cash, I would take it. Then I would dump the WES shares.To the poster that wants WES to reject the offer. In my opinion that would be really detrimental to the SP. Holders will likely get a nice rug pull in the morning of the announcement. Then be crossing their fingers that SIG does fall through. Looking at SIGs past performance, it's languishing. Whereas WES is doing really well.
Also the new CEO would have quite the task managing the merger and adapting to SIG company.
