    Question...
    the proposal suggests/states that dividends will be subtracted from cash consideration.
    So my question...if subtracted would that be 5cents subtracted (if the divvy was five cents) ?
    OR would it be 5 cents PLUS the 100% franking credit (1.5cts)..total 6.5 cts?
