Not unhappy to see either bid play out, better with script deal with SIG, but I have a feeling that WES will come back with a knockout bid above $1.60 for API and hopefully with a script alternative.

WES is a big fish (shark?) and badly wants a healthcare division so this tells me it is odds on to trump SIG, and SIG/API tie up will flag ACCC concerns

I am in a similar position - I hold WES (long Term) and API (re-purchased in Apr 2020). I have been re-considering the SIG bid. I now doubt that this is a serious bid (being so minimal above the WES bid). It seems, IMO, that the main aim is accumulate enough shares to block the WES TO.

I will continue to hold API and monitor the proceedings.
