Hello
With API trading currently at 1.485 at the time of writing and with WES offer of $1.53 per share cash offer is it implied that, for the sake of simplicity (not taking into account Sigma's offer) and assuming API management accept this offer from WES, API shares are trading at a current discount of 4.5 cents? Why aren't they trading closer to the value of the offers from Sigma and WES?
Thanks!
