    yes I think WES will come back with an improved offer. they love retail (and know how to transform retail businesses), know how to drive customer loyalty (flybuys), have loads of cash to spend and want to get into healthcare.

    also ACCC would have something with a SIG merger and the lessening of competition.

    time will tell.
