You love comparing MXC and MDC, you do realise theres been times when MXC was around 10 times the market cap of MDC? Check out feb last year.

I would think better comparisons would be IHL and BOT, BOT about 5 and IHL over 10 times our market cap. So yes companies of the same ilk can vary in valuations wildly. Doesnt make MDCs market cap change.

MDC is so illiquid now that $17k worth of trading, tiny value, swings the price over 16%.

Just such idiotic decision making doing a consolidation imo, pretty much playing out how I thought, illiquid, huge gaps in bids and offers, which is leading to lower prices. This is in a time when the market is rebouding, hate to think what happens when there is another down turn.
