    We will get an update by 15 Mar. Rerate has to take time to allow 136m CR raisers change hand thoroughly, looks like some of them is waiting for higher price to exit, which caused back and force between 3.8-4.1c. At the end of the term 5C will be approached again which is still way under its true value.
