some good research hear on ceo share ownership to salary.
i hear this argument often that window is closed for pending deals hence cannot acquire more stake. As a shareholder the best thing i would like to see is WP and his pals taking a big payout say at least a 66% cut and higher share ownership stake 10%+ These high salaries at a pathetic MC are not on. Doing this action would be a major step in direction apart from getting a new ceo with good track record to take helm would be my preference however appears to sits quite comfortably. I have no issue with ceo high salaries and sustainable increasing sp. the last 4 years this has gone from bad to even worse and more uncertainty on financial viability of this company.. gotta change...
