I made a tough call and decided to accept the offer.
I totally think UNV is worth 40c and prior to COVID-19 I probably wouldnt have accepted but there's too many good buying opportunities at the moment and I didn't want to be trying to rush the door later if TER got closer to delisting so I decided to get some cash to work with while still holding some exposure to UNV in theory.
Selling UNV on market seemed too crazy to me so I've taken the option that I feel is least worst.
I hope TER can get their debt under control.
I guess I'm on the TER train now.
