Back of envelope calcs.
So with approx 500m shares in their registry and TER currently own 20%, if they give 12c per share its going to cost about $48m in cash plus 260m new TER shares.
So with TER having approx 450m shares plus another 260m, the market cap (both current values) would be in the order of $285m or 40c per share? Sound about right?
