The below is you table that you shared when they reported 4Q23 results



At that point in time, I think teh expectation was the unbilled sales in that quarter would appear in 2024 and that would be quire a favourable number given it was at teh higher level in 5 years (at least for the quarter).

What is somewhat disappointing is that it does not seemed to have showed up in 1Q24 revenues, and new property sales dropped to 120.9m although unbilled sales remains elevated at 311.7m.

Also little forward visibility in terms of how this year is shaping up, so the wait continues for this to turn around
