Yup ITM will have its day, that's for sure. I have to admit I wasn't keen to go off to RR, but I'm happily eating my words now. Cracker of a project.
My approach atm is to dollar cost average over the slow period. Not too much at once. It both reduces your average, and makes the slow periods useful.
When it's Showtime you'll have a nice little War chest. This has been successful multiple times for me. But it could be a year away, so kick back.
