I have replied via a post today, Wed, 4 Aug 2021 relating to the above. It is from the above that the perception is that the Competent Person [Geo signing the RNS/ANN & seen the geological data etc] is the topic of the discussion on this forum. Tolly49 also has the same perception as myself as to what is being discussed on this forum and accordingly, Tolly 49 has posted with thanks.
It would have been better to have posted my earlier post today, 4 Aug 2021 with the topic in discussion given it has moved to the Competent Person?
My post differs a bit from Tolly49 [I have ticked up this post as it is the solution] on what the above post said. Why? The DUE PROCESSES are available via Stock Exchange Rules etc by way of AGM, EGM, Nominated Advisor & Judicial Review as is norm.
So, one looks forward to the interested to TAKE THIS TOPIC FURTHER VIA FORMAL MEANS VIA disallowed REGULATIONS. That way, one will PROVE MANY THINGS OR NOT as the EXPERTS [Expert Witnesses etc] will be called?
If it is NOT TAKEN FORWARD FORMALLY, then it would appear ...it has NOT passed formal procedures & processes??
