They can bolt on a SPP or pro-rata entitlement in addition to the 15%
The SPP being the same price as the placement makes sense otherwise holders would be chuffed.

We were .115 p/share prior to raise, add 20% dilution that equates to .092 p/s
+ 20 mill new cash div by 1708mill (new total shares) = .0117 p/s
= .1037 p/s
